We have different forms of spinal traction in our office. Spinal traction can help relieve pressure on the spine. It can be performed manually or mechanically. Spinal traction is used to treat herniated discs, sciatica, degenerative disc disease, pinched nerves, and many other back conditions.

Therapeutic Exercise

Speeding up your recovery from trauma and injury

Therapeutic exercises are movements and physical activities designed to restore function and flexibility, improve strength and decrease pain. If you are receiving therapy for an injury or a chronic condition, your treatment plan may incorporate therapeutic exercises.

We will talk with you, perform functional tests to assess your condition and work with you to develop a program of therapeutic exercises designed to promote healing and improve function.


Hot & Cold Therapy

Let us determine if cold, hot or both is best for you.

Hot & Cold therapy can help with pain from arthritis to pulled muscles to inflammation. Treating pain with hot and cold can be extremely effective for a number of different conditions and injuries, and easily affordable. The tricky part is knowing what situations calls for hot, and which calls for cold.

As a general rule of thumb, use ice for acute injuries or pain, along with inflammation and swelling. Use heat for muscle pain or stiffness.
